Subletting doesn't just happen on a screen. That's why – unlike many subletting services – we're personally present at your apartment for every key step: from the photo shoot to the move-out.
What We Handle in Person, On Site
Fotoshooting & Video Tour
We professionally photograph your apartment and create a video tour, so prospective tenants – even those still abroad – get an accurate picture before the viewing.
Documented Handover
When tenants move in, we document the condition of your apartment in a detailed report with photos and video – signed by the subtenant. Required before every tenancy starts: liability insurance held by the subtenant and an opened rental deposit account.
Viewings
We conduct the viewings in person when you're not there yourself. Thanks to personal preliminary conversations, only genuinely interested candidates come to viewings – sparing your home and your neighbours.
Documented Return
When tenants move out, we compare the apartment's condition against the move-in report using the photos and video. Any damage is settled via the deposit or liability insurance – before you return. Then comes the final cleaning and the return of your stored belongings.

In person, on site – including preliminary conversation, credit and reference checks.
We prepare the sublease agreement and, if required, obtain your landlord's consent (Art. 262 Swiss Code of Obligations).

You pay no fixed costs upfront – our fee is a commission on the rental income. Photo shoot, viewings, and handover and move-out with a report are included in every package.
Light – for those who organise the preparation of their apartment themselves.
Standard – we also store your personal belongings.
Premium – with cleaning before move-in and a mattress swap: no one sleeps in your bed.

Moving boxes
Storage spaceMattresses Single mattresses are mattresses up to a maximum width of 100 cm. Larger mattresses each count double. We take your mattresses away and store them properly, while providing your subtenant with an alternative (Premium package).
Moving boxes We provide the boxes. You pack your belongings yourself, and we collect and store the boxes. For an extra charge, we can also take care of the packing.
Storage space The storage space shown is available to you in addition to the space needed for mattresses and moving boxes.
