How to Find Your Short-Term Furnished Apartment With Us
Unlike pure rental platforms, we support you personally – from first contact and viewing to the key handover and beyond. Here's how your apartment search works with SMART DEPART:
Browse listings or send a search request – Explore our current furnished apartments, or send us a no-obligation search request with your criteria: region, time frame, number of rooms and budget.
Receive matching suggestions – We compare your needs with our properties and get back to you with suitable apartments – including ones that aren't yet publicly listed.
Viewing – We arrange an appointment and show you the apartment in person, so you get a real feel for it. If you can't be there – for example because you're still planning your move from abroad – we'll provide a video tour you can watch anytime, at your convenience.
Application – If you'd like to rent an apartment, a straightforward application step follows. We review every request carefully and fairly – creating a reliable tenancy for both sides.
Contract & handover – We take care of the rental contract and all formalities for you, in German or English if you wish, including your official registration at your home address. When you move in, we hand over the apartment in person – with a condition report and keys – and remain available to you throughout your stay.
Our apartments are fully furnished and move-in ready – all you need to pack is your suitcase. Because we personally manage, photograph and hand over every apartment, we know exactly what to expect.
